At the time I developed my spit-less DNA test method, I had absolutely no idea it would blow up the way it did. I knew that saliva production was a common roadblock to DNA testing, but I did not know exactly how significant of a problem this was. Since I developed this method in 2016, my youtube videos have accumulated over 36,000 views and dozens upon dozens of comments detailing the various successes. This method has become the go-to method when a true saliva sample is impossible to obtain.

Thank you! I have submitted samples many times for a DNA test. After using your method (It was the 10th submission), I finally got results.

My grandmother’s DNA test came back twice because she wasn’t able to produce enough quality spit to complete her ancestry DNA test. I began worrying that I wouldn’t be able to get a sample from her because she’s almost 90 years old and the tests continued getting rejected. I did a search on other options and found your video. I purchased exactly the same materials that you purchased and did the test the very same way that you recommended and it worked perfectly! I really can’t thank you enough for this. We are trying to find out who my grandmother’s biological father was and so it was really important to have her test done. Thanks again…you really helped our lives more than you realize.

This method was recommended to me by a DNA group’s Administrator after my Father’ test failed 4 times. He produced ENOUGH saliva, but apparently the DNA quality gets worse the older a person gets. We followed the directions and not only did his 5th test work, it came back 10 days before it was supposed to. Next up was my 18 year old son. His first test failed (most likely his fault, even though I watched him do it) so we tried this method again, and again, got the results about 10-12 days sooner than expected. I have now done 3 more (5 total) with this method, all with fast and accurate results. This saves a lot of frustration (and time in my case). THANK YOU!

We had been planning to do DNA tests with my father-in-law but unfortunately he passed before we took the test. We wanted to follow his wishes, so performed this test 10 days postmortem. My concern was that the Gum Probrush were not exactly the same but included antibacterial bristles. It appears that my concerns were unwarranted for this test. After following your method, we had successful test with AncestryDNA. We also did a myHeritage cheek swab, which resulted in a successful test.

Just got results back for 3 year old granddaughter and it did work. The test was quick and easy. Ingredients and brushes needed were inexpensive. I definitely recommend this method for kids and elderly.
